Questions people ask before working with us.
If something you need to know is missing, ask directly. We would rather answer it before an engagement starts than after.
Working with FRAPUB
FRAPUB is a digital marketing agency. We plan and run digital marketing strategy, online advertising, search engine optimisation, performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and the analytics work that makes all of it measurable. We work in English with businesses internationally, from our registered office in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
We work with e-commerce brands, SaaS and technology companies, professional services firms, startups, B2B businesses and consumer brands. The common factor is a business with a defined offer and a willingness to measure results, rather than a particular size or sector.
Yes. Engagements are usually structured either as a defined project with a fixed scope, such as a strategy or an audit, or as an ongoing retainer covering execution and optimisation. We will tell you which structure we think suits your situation, including when a short project is a better starting point than a retainer.
Yes. We can lead a channel, support an internal team, or provide strategic direction that other partners execute. We document our work so it can be picked up by whoever is best placed to run it.
We work in English and French. For campaigns in other markets, we coordinate with native-language specialists rather than translating campaigns literally.
Process and delivery
Four stages. Discover: we review your objectives, current performance and available data. Strategise: we define audiences, positioning, channel priorities and how success will be measured. Execute: we build and launch the agreed work. Optimise: we test, report against the objectives set at the start, and adjust. Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what you are receiving.
We agree the metrics before the work starts and define exactly how each one is calculated. Reporting covers the agreed objective, the result against it, what changed during the period and what we intend to change next. Where platform data and your own systems disagree, we show both rather than choosing the more flattering figure.
Technical fixes can show an effect within weeks. Content and authority work typically needs three to six months before the signal is reliable, and competitive terms take longer. Timelines depend on your starting position, the competitiveness of your market and how quickly changes can be implemented. We do not promise rankings by a given date, because no agency can control search engine algorithms.
We start with what a conversion is genuinely worth to your business, then build campaign structure around search intent and audience value. Campaigns launch with a written test plan: what is being tested, what would count as a result, and how long it needs to run. Accounts are owned by you, structure and changes are documented, and forecasts are presented as ranges with their assumptions stated.
Access to your existing analytics and advertising accounts, clarity on your commercial objectives, and one person on your side who can make decisions. Everything else we can work out together.
Commercial questions
Use the contact form on this website or email contact@frapub.com with a short description of your business and what you are trying to achieve. We will respond with either a proposed time to talk or an honest note that we are not the right fit.
Pricing depends on scope, the number of channels and markets involved, and whether the work is a defined project or ongoing. We quote after an initial conversation, so that the number reflects your actual situation rather than a package that may not fit it.
No. We commit to method, prioritisation, execution quality and transparent reporting. Guaranteed rankings, guaranteed revenue or guaranteed acquisition costs are not something any agency can honestly promise, because auctions, algorithms and competitors are outside our control.
You do. Advertising and analytics accounts are created under your company's ownership with full administrative access retained by you, and deliverables are yours to keep and reuse.
